Photoshop Could not initialize because the scratch disks are full fix

In some cases When You try to open my Photoshop it won’t open and gaives this type of error: Could not initialize Photoshop because the scratch disks are full. It is because your computer “C” Drive is full or don’t have much empty space.

Hold down Cmd + Option (macOS) or Ctrl + Alt on Windows when you launch Photoshop. It will give you a dialog to select a different Scratch Disk with more space on it.
